So it’s Monday night and both my boys are sleeping. I fed them both, and they are blissfully contented.
Sigh…so what’s the latest and greatest here? Well…we were baptized yesterday, and it was amazing. It was just nice to do that, and publicly show what we stand for, and it was also neat the people who came and supported us. I uninvited my parents due to my fathers making fun of me all the time, and so it was bittersweet to have an audience.
Anyway - it was one of those life moments. 
Pastor Dale said he hoped this was one of the moments we could turn back to and already I am. And it’s amazing how you can feel so different afterwards.
Saturday I went to my friend Lisa’s house and from 9 to 4 I was a scrapbooking fiend. It was awesome and I got so many of Grant’s pictures in a book. And it was again a cool thing to go to a new friends house and hang out. I LOVED EVERY SECOND OF IT.
Therapy is going well…I’m pulling out all my old family baggage and reexamining all of it, and it’s HARD. Capitalized. I try to distance myself from all that as much as possible, and instead of dealing with it, I just label it as dysfunctional and walk on. However it’s just not that easy. I saw my psychiatrist this past week as well and got my medications adjusted so that I can get up with the baby some nights when the boy has had enough. They want me to be getting 10 hours a night of sleep to counteract some of the stuff going on. I think that’s insane and irrational, as it’s going to drive my husband to the brink but we’re working that out.
All in all things are just moving right along…I’m able to function quite highly these days. I have my bad days, but I’m 100% better than where I was.
This week the boy is home, which we are both just LOVING. Today we stayed home until 2 - took the boy to the eye doctor - then hit the MOA. Quite fun I picked up a lot of scrapbooking supplies and am excited about getting that going.
This weekend we are confirmed as members of our church, the wee one is dedicated, and the boys family arrives Wednesday and my family comes up on Saturday.
