What a super fun Friday!
Boy in DSM, laying out the paper, so I in my infinite wisdom went to Prairie Meadows.
I played a quarter machine, but it was like the computer nickel machines? It was Dick Clarks Bloopers Show, and I arrived at this machine after losing $20 on Monopoly, Rocky, and The Price’s Right nickel machines. I wasn’t having a HORRIBLE night, it was just I wasn’t winning big enough in my mind to cash out. So not all hope was lost.
If boy was with me it would have been a losing night, but I bravely fed the machine a twenty and began to play. I left the casino tonight with $175 in my pocket. I just kept winning on the machine. I HAD OVER A THOUSAND QUARTER CREDITS!!!!! I cashed out of that machine at $150, then went back and won $80 more. Then I played back down to $54.50. It was my best casino experience yet. Plus I went alone. This allowed me to peruse machines, and hang around and take my time. It also allowed me to win, and bet as I chose on the machines. This isn’t the case when I go with a certain someone.
I love casinos. I want to hang out there all the time.
Now I have an itching to go to Mystic Lake. Hmmmmm…..
No, I am not a gambling addict either. I just enjoying taking my $20-40 in and having some free Pepsi, and hanging out every once and awhile.
It’s just like to going to the bar for the night, only you have a chance to win hundreds, thousands, or your twenty bucks back. Plus they are really like computer games anymore, the bonus rounds are always cool, and the music’s fun. Even if you’re losing, someone’s winning big! What a wonderful place, it’s like Disneyworld only you could win all the money you spend back!
Anyhoo, I am sad the Mesqwaki (Sp?) is still closed. I really would love to go hang out there. Osceola isn’t all that fun. It’s weird. I don’t like casinos that are boats. I always lose and it’s not a casino environmentish. If I am going to give you money casino, you better create a damned good atmosphere for me to enjoy!!!
Anyhoo Grandpa is doing MUCH better. It’s sad to think we are getting to that age when Grandparents get sick, and sicker. I hate growing up.
Went and shopped for my little flower girls and ring bearers. IT WAS SO FUN! I bought them various kinds of bicycles. It’ll be like Christmas. SO COOL!!!
Tomorrow I must buy Halloween costumes. I fucking hate Halloween. I never find the costume I like and always go in something that makes me look like a tard. However I am excited to party with friends. It’s been WAY to long.
Anyway I haven’t watched TV, or just sat ALL DAMNED WEEK.
Now I am going too!
